Partnerships
Lively Arts Journal considers collaborations that give readers useful context without confusing promotion with independent criticism. Proposals should name the partner, the intended audience and the proposed format.
Possible collaborations
We consider clearly scoped collaborations such as commissioned explainers, conversations about creative process, event or exhibition information, and reader resources related to the arts. A collaboration must offer relevant information rather than require a favourable review, a particular opinion or editorial control over unrelated coverage.
Partner placements
Partner placements may appear in agreed positions across the site, including recurring areas, and can point readers to relevant partner material. Their scope, placement and duration are agreed in advance. Each paid or otherwise sponsored placement is labelled clearly where readers encounter it.
Editorial boundaries
Partner status does not imply endorsement. We retain control over editorial decisions and will not present a paid placement as independent reporting or criticism. Send proposals through the Contact page using the partnership option; include the proposed work and any relevant conditions.
Attention beats automatic admiration
Creative work becomes easier to discuss when we name what it does and how it does it. Lively Arts Journal looks for choices, not secret meanings or easy verdicts.
